Chai Chai offers different types of snacks for any time of the day. But many of our customers have snack timings and snack-time habits. Some enjoy Breakfast snacks, Brunch snacks, Mid-Day snacks, Meal Time snacks, Tea Time snacks, Evening snacks, Night Time snacks and even Mid-Night snacks. We try our best to cater to most of them with different varieties of snacks.
Some of our customers have different snacking habits. We cater to all of them. Some prefer it with Chai, some with Coffee, some with Healthy Beverages and some even with Cold Beverages. We have all options for our customer’s habits even though we are a Chai brand predominantly.
Our snack varieties include Kerala Traditional Nadan Snacks, Puff Pastries, Bread Snacks, Egg Snacks, Steamed Snacks, Savoury Snacks, Healthy Snacks and Zero-Sugar Snacks.
We are introducing the concept of ‘Any Time Meals’ for the Chai Chai chain stores at Trivandrum from August 2026. The pilot project of ‘Any Time Meals’ will run in our new store at Kowdiar, Trivandrum. The Kowdiar store is the second vertical of the Chai Chai brand. It is named as HaHaHaHa! Chai Chai. The big differentiator in second vertical is that the counter is pushed deep inside the store and the new inclusion of standing tables and seating tables.
It is not just the introduction of meals at Chai Chai that is important. First, it is the introduction of a new concept in meals with three different categories of meals – Light Meals, Half Meals and Full Meals. Second, it is the new concept of timing the meals for the modern society. We believe in our busy schedules in modern life, people should be served meals when they are hungry and not just at specific times of the day. That’s why we have a sub brand for Meals named ‘Any Time Meals’ shortened as ATM. The Chai Chai ATM will be open for you at all times of the day.
We believe anything good has to be accepted and appreciated. So, on these lines, we borrowed the Combo concept from the main stream restaurant category QSR. We adopted it because Combos made decisions easy for our customers. Some people stick to a combo and repeat it, while others try new combos every time.
And for us, it is easy to create discount offers on combos and also convenient to create new combos according to seasonal requirements. Our combos keep changing to avoid monotony. So, check out for our new combos on our social media pages.

We have named ourselves from the ubiquitous popular drink of India – Chai. We call ourselves Chai Chai from the popular voice in Indian Trains and Indian Railway Stations, the most connected network of India. We believe the name Chai Chai is not just a name but a language spoken throughout India by two strangers – the one who sells a tea and the one who buys a tea. Being a culture in India, we believe Chai Chai is beyond a language.
We serve traditional tea and also new experiments in tea. Our tea varieties include Asli Chai, Biriyani Chai, Masala Chai, Ginger Chai, Lemon Chai, Pudina Chai, Kattan Chai, Cinnamon Black Chai, Saffron Black Chai, Green Tea, Dhum Chai, Ginger Kattan Chai, etc.

So, to celebrate our inclusive culture, we have included three categories in drinks – health drinks, the everyday drink of India and the popular drink of the new generation. The hot health drinks include Badam Saffron Milk and Elachi Milk. Water Melon Puree is our cool health drink. The everyday drink of India is our Ginger Lime Juice. And for the new generation, we have our three varieties of Mojito.
We celebrate the Biriyani with a special kiosk of Azad’s Travancore Pakka Biriyani, the most popular dish of Travancore for close to 9 decades. Travancore Pakka Biriyani is a Classic Taste over 200 years old. The Travancore Pakka Biriyani is a part of the evolution of the Travancore culture in the southern most princely state of India – the erstwhile Travancore Kingdom. Over 200-years ago, Travancore Pakka Biriyani was a delicacy served only on special occasions in the Kingdom of Travancore.
At Chai Chai, Travancore Pakka Biriyani is served hot, directly from the Biriyani Vessel in which it was prepared.
